c) Warranty and maintenance facility located within 100 miles of the delivery location.

d) IPP will be utilized for payment, all invoices will need to be submitted through IPP if awarded.

No Friday or Weekend Deliveries. Federal Holidays are excluded. The Contractor is not required to provide service on Federal Holidays. Federal Holidays are observed as follows:
