This solicitation is for Pine Ridge Job Corps Wind Turbine Maintenance at USDA FOREST SERVICE PINE RIDGE JCC, HWY 385-15710, CHADRON NE 69337. The contract is subject to Service Contract Act WD 2015-5355. Submission of questions are due 1700 PM Eastern Time on 15 September 2026. An Amendment answering all pertinent questions will be issued by 1700 PM Eastern Time on 16 September 2026. Offers are dueno later than 1700 PM Eastern Time on 18 September 2026. Quoters are allowed to submit only one quote.

The contractor must be qualified to service Northwind turbine systems and operate independently without direct government supervision. This needs to be proven by submission of industry accepted certificates.
