USFS Job Corps South East Facilities Construction MATOC

The USDA Forest Service (FS), Job Corps , has a requirement for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ ). The IDIQ’s will be for facilities construction and maintenance for Job Corps Center located in the following states; AR,KY,MO,NC,TN,VA,WV. The work performed may include new work, additions, alterations, or maintenance and repairs and construction of facilities, to include roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other trades.

This procurement will be solicited using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 236220 —Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standards of $45M. The IDIQ contracts will have a shared ceiling of $5 Million. The ordering period of the IDIQ contracts will be five (5) years from the effective date of the award or when the ceiling of $5 Million is reached, whichever comes first. February 13, 2024 - Note - Site visits will be conducted on a case by case basis.
