Project Title: CNRC Critical Upgrades to Insulation, Piping & HVAC - Houston, TX Aquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. Applicable NAICS is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The SBA size standard for this NAICS is $45.0M. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. Vendors shall complete blocks 14, 15, 17 (if applicable), 19 (if any amendments posted), and 20 A-C of this form. Contractors are required to be in an 'Active' status in SAM.gov at time of proposalsubmission IAW FAR 52.204-7.
