Pall Filter Housing Subject Matter Expert (SME)

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plains Area Office is issuing this Solicitation for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for review of installation, testing, and certification of various pall filters and housings at the National Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) campus in Manhattan, KS.

The SME is needed to provide corrective action reports, presentation to stakeholders, and recommended testing parameters for certification of filter media and housings taking into account installation and increased volume of the testing area.
