The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area has a need to purchase GMeteorological and Data Analysis Services for Rain Enhancement Research Project in Panama. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order. The requirements are in further detail in the attached Requirements Documents.
