This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 127EAX26Q0054 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Provide complete diagnosis and repair of the existing wet and dry sprinkler system at the Red Rock Ranger Station (RRRS) Administrative Office that meets current codes and regulations. This work consists of an assessment of the existing wet and dry sprinkler system and the fire supply line and a report on the deficiencies and how to repair them. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 2238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $19M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

Amendment 1 - provides responses to RFI’s 001-005, site visit attendees, fire system inspection reports, blow off assembly pic, corrected Schedule of Items and updated WD.
