GAOA Blanchard Sewer Line Replacement Ozark St. Francis NF

On August 19, 2026, amendment 0001 to solicitation 127EAX26Q0052 - GAOA Blanchard Sewer Line Replacement at Ozark St. Francis National Forest has been posted to SAM.gov and accomplished the following:

1. Post questions and answers labeled C05 RFI QA 127EAX26Q0052.

2. Post updated DBA labeled C05a General Decision AR20260048 05182026.

3. Post pre-bid sign in sheet labeled C05b BSC Pre-bid Sign in 127EAX26Q0052. This SF30 must be acknowledged and submitted with your proposal.

This project will replace a section of the Blanchard Springs Recreation Area sewer collection system providing for full functionality, eliminating deferred maintenance and improving resiliency to extreme weather and flood events. Pressure sewer lines will be directionally drilled under North Sylamore Creek to prevent freezing and damage from floating debris. Gravity lines will be replaced or lined. Option items include rehabilitation of two pressure lift stations.
