Amendment 0002 - Uploads all questions and answers and attaches site visit attendance roster and updated square footage.

The objective of this project is to rehabilitate existing roofing systems at USDA Forest Service facilities by installing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof recover systems over existing metal and flat (tar/built-up) roofs, along with full replacement of gutters and downspouts.

CHANGE UNDER AMENDMENT 00001

An organized site visit will be held on May 26th, 2026 at 10:00am Local time. Location to meet for the site visit will be 901 Mechem Dr., Ruidoso, NM 88345. Requests For Information (RFIs): Questions shall be submitted via email to troy.mccullough@usda.gov and are due no later than June 1st, 2026, at 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email.

Proposal Due Date: All proposals shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist at troy.mccullough@usda.gov no later than June 10th, 2026, 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time.
