This notice to solicitation 127EAX24R0006, Pipeline OHV Staging Area is to provide answers to the questions received and make corrections to the SF1442.: Block # 11 is changed to say, The Contractor shall begin performance with 10 calendar days and complete it within 60 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed. Block # 12a is changed to state the Contractor must furnish required Performance and Payments Bonds 10 calendar days after award. Block 13b is changed to read an offer guarantee is required. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS The Documents for the Prevailing wage requirements, does not list welder, what would the welder fall under? On page # 3 is says the following:

Welders - Receive rate prescribed for craft performing operation to which welding is incidental. For the railing - How do we complete the corners? Would we put an Expansion Break point at each corner? Would we install a Safety Turndown at each corner? For the railing - install a Safety Turndown at each corner. Do the two green circles on the attached represent the driveway openings? On the USDA_FS_MonumentFireCenter_Title1_20240304_Rev01 document, the two green circles represent the Driveway openings.

Is a Bid Bond required? A 100% payment and performance bonds are required to be submitted. A 20% bid bond guarantee will be required. There is no mention of a determined date and time of a job site walk, will there be one? The site visit is scheduled for March 12th at 10:00 a.m. The location is as follows:
