In accordance with FAR 15.206(a) Amending the solicitation, this amendment is to inform all interested vendors that the subject solicitation and associated project is hereby cancelled in its entirety at this phase. This decision was not arrived at lightly but is due to a significant change in Government operations. Section A provides proposal and Request for Information [RFI] submission instructions and requirements and Site Visit information Section B.2 provides notes on the bid schedule and bid submission. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
