All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Tanya Torres, on the attached RFI form no later than April 18th, 2024 at 1300 hours. A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will be held on April 16th, 2024 at 1100 hours. See page 42 for full site visit details. Please RSVP to the site visit by emailing Contract Specialist, Tanya Torres at Tanya.Torres@usda.gov. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award.
