This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an Request for Proposal (RFP).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05(effective date 05- 22-2024). This procurement is set aside for 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The NAICS code is 541620 and the Product Service Code of R408. Contractors must be registered with the US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM.gov) at the time of solicitation due date to be considered for a government contract.

Offers are due no later than July 23, 2024, at 5:00 PM EDT. Final award will be based on the LPTA evaluation process. All questions regarding this RFP must be sent in writing via e-mail to Brandon M. Jones at brandon.jones2@usda.gov no later than July 13, 2024, at 5:00 PM EDT. The performance period will begin on August 1, 2024, or later.
