Previous contract awarded in 2022 to Agriserve Pest Control Inc for the amount of $6,967.00. No information is available for previous years. The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to accomplish the following:
1) Correct the Unit Quanitity from "Acres" to "Each". Please use the attached Schedule of Items when submitting your quote; and 2) Provide Answers to Questions received to this solicitation. No further questions will be addressed. Please make sure to sign/date this Amendment 001 and include with your quote pkg.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 127EAT24Q009 and is issued as a Request for Quote. (iii) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. (iv) This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside-NAICS Code 115310, Small Business Size Standard is $34M. (v) See the Schedule of Items in the solicitation for the items, quantities and units of measure. (vi) This solicitation is for the application of a contact insecticide, Carbaryl, to the boles of 287 individual coast live oak (Quercus agrifolia), trees greater than 14 inches in diameter at breast height (dbh) to prevent attacks of the invasive goldspotted oak borer. (vii) Location of work is on the Palomar Ranger District of the Cleveland National Forest in San Diego County, CA.
The period of performance will be for approximately 12 days from May 6, 2024 to May 22, 2024 for the base year with four (4) option years. viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (ix) Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies and the Evaluation Factors are:
