Set-asides: No set-aside Codes for services: North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811210 Electronic And Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Product Service Code (PSC): J066 Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Instruments and Laboratory Equipment Description: See the attached Statement of Work RFO FAR 12.201-1 Simplified procedures will be used for awarding the contract. The anticipated award date is July 15th, 2026, for Base Year: 8/1/2026-7/31/2027.

The intended source for this acquisition is Tecan U.S., Inc. 9401 Globe Center Dr STE 140 Morrisville, North Carolina 27560-6211. Tecan U.S. has unique qualifications for this acquisition because they are the only manufacturer and seller of Tecan products and services. There is no other option to maintain these items. Equipment Servicing is an integral part of this contract. All responsible sources may submit a response which will be considered by the agency.
