The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) program is seeking to establish a contract for helicopter inspection, maintenance and repair services for their Bell 206B and Hughes/MD369 series aircraft operating in Wyoming.
