This request for proposal (RFP) solicitation # 12505B24P0016 is for a National Center for Animal Health Concrete Repairs and Pavement Painting in accordance with the statement of work and project drawings provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 238990 (All Other Specialty Trade Contractors) with a small business size standard of under $19 million. The applicable PSC is Y1LZ (Construction of Parking Facilities).

This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside An award being made is subject to the availability of funds. Organized site visits have been scheduled for - July 16, 2024 at 9:00 AM CST July 18, 2024 at 1:00 PM CST Participants will meet at -- 1920 Dayton Avenue Ames, Iowa 50010 The same information will be provided at both site visits, so offerors only need to attend one. All individuals must pre-register prior to 12 July 2024 at 11:59 PM CST. Those individuals who do not pre-register prior to the deadline will not be allowed to participate in the site visit. No other site visits will be conducted.

Access for individuals who are not United States citizens cannot be guaranteed. Questions are due by or before 11:00 AM CT on July 25, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. Offerors shall read and submit all required documentation discussed in the solicitation with their proposal. Please review all the documents in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details. All proposals must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Proposals are due by or before 11:00 AM CT on August 6, 2024.
