The purpose of Amendment 01 to the Request for Information (Notice ID 12452360) for Carpet Removal and Installation is to officially provide Attachment 2: Area Map. Interested vendors should review the attached area map for additional context regarding the spatial requirements and scope of the installation project. All other terms, conditions, and the original response deadline for this RFI remain unchanged.

Please refer to the Attachment 1 Statement of Work Carpet Removal and Install and Attachment 2 - RFI Carpet Removal and Installation documents and complete all sections of the RFI.
