The Government intends to award a single award firm fixed contract for this acquisition. The NRS Hubbard Brook Pierce Lab Flooring Replacement. This requirement consist of but is not limitied to the removal of the existing carpeting system, replacement of approximately 128 square feet of damaged subfloor sheathing, and installation of approximately 1700 square feet of new carpet tiles in the conference room of the Lab Pierce building at Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest, NH. Acquisition and source selection are being conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Parts 13 and FAR Part 36. 

There is a scheduled site visit/pre-quote meeting for this project on Wednesday, September 17th 10:00 AM ET at 234 Mirror Lake Rd. North Woodstock, New Hampshire 03262. Prospective contractors should contact Aaron Cleaver at (603)812-7350 or
