NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD BPA CALL

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This synopsis is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a BPA Call from an established BPA for Region 9 Facilities and does not constitute a request for quotes or submission of any information in response to this notification. A BPA Call and the possibility of exceeding $25,000.

The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA’s policy in the Contracting Desk Book, section 413.303 Simplified Acquisition Methods – Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). BPA calls over $25,000 require synopsis to the government point of entry, even if a synopsis was done at the BPA level. Exemption at FAR 5.202(a)(11) does not apply.

The USDA FS intends on awarding a BPA Call for Rapid River Reroofing for the Hiawatha National Forest. This procurement is restricted to the approved eligible companies. This requirement will be awarded as a BPA Call against the Region 9 Facilities Blanket Purchase Agreements previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at https://sam.gov/content/home. The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.
