10/23/25 Amendment 004 includes RFI/Questions with answers, remove/implement option clause, include Attach M and Attach N and extend bid due date by 1 week to 11/12/25 by 5pm EST.

10/16/2025 Amendment 003 is to extend the Proposal due date from 10/20/25 to 11/5/25 by 5pm EST. Another Amendment (Amendment 004) will be coming in the next several days answering all RFI's/questions received by the due date and time.

9/19/2025 From this point forward a master Q & A document will be maintained with all questions asked ahead of the Request For Information (RFI) closing date (10/10/25). An amendment will be issued providing all questions and responses after the RFI period closing.

Contract Scope: The scope of work for this contract includes a broad range of Facility Construction, Maintenance, & Repair projects. Contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals to perform work in accordance with all terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation, resultant contract and associated Task Order statements of work (SOWs). Construction-trade projects may include but are not limited to; new construction or renovation work on buildings, restrooms, pavilions, docks/piers, and administrative buildings on Savannah River Site.
