Magnitude: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is:

Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 Location: The project is located at the Davidson River Campground, 1 Davidson River Circle, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768 (Transylvania County).
