SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 001 MARCH 11, 2025

The bid response date has been extended to 3/19/2025 at 1:00 PM EST. A bid opening will be held at the closing of the solicitation period. A second amendment will be posted to provide the responses to the Requests for Information that were received. The site visit sign in sheet has been uploaded for informational purposes.

Location:

Pisgah National Forest Description: The contractor shall provide any and all equipment, labor, materials, tools, supervision, safety and other incidentals necessary to perform office remodeling including wall demolition and construction and all associated work of but not limited to walls, painting, texturing, electrical, IT, flooring, doors and hardware, ceilings, HVAC, and lighting.

Magnitude: The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between$100,000 and $250,000.

Period of Performance: 90 days after receipt of notice to proceed.

Site Visit: March 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST. Grandfather Ranger District Office, Pisgah NF, 109 East Lawing Drive, Nebo, NC Request for Information: RFIs are due March 5, 2025 by 5:00 PM EST. An amendment with responses will be sent after the due date.

Submittal Method: All proposals shall be emailed to Keisha.Robinson@usda.gov.

Bid Opening Date: March 12, 2025, 1:00 PM EST. Award of Contract: One award will be made from this Invitation for Bids (IFB). Contractors must submit pricing for all items. This IFB will be awarded using the lowest price, responsive/responsible evaluation method.
