Project Name: ROOF REPLACEMENT & EXTERIOR REPAIRS FOR MORTIMER WORK CENTER Magnitude: In accordance with FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this project is:

Less than $25,000.

Scope of Work: Full replacement of the shingles and underlayment, along with any defective roof sheathing, and installation of a new ridge vent and gable vent. This project also consists of limited replacement of damaged and deteriorated exterior wood siding and trim, including associated flashing against masonry chimneys.

Period of Performance: 90 days after receiving the notice to proceed.

Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, 6/6/2024 at 10:00am ET. An amendment with responses from any RFI's will be sent after the due date, if any. For additional information, see page #31 of 33 of the solicitation document.

Award of Contract: One award will be made from this Invitation for Bid (IFB), contractors must submit pricing for all items on the schedule of items. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible offeror who is responsive to the solicitation. Responsibility will be determined in accordance with FAR Subpart 9.104-1.
