Magnitude: In accordance with FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this project is:

Location: The Jessieville Work Center 71949 is north of Hot Springs AR in Garland County. From Hot Springs, take AR-7 North for 7 miles to the AR-5/AR-7 traffic circle. Take the 3rd traffic circle exit onto AR-7N. Follow AR-7N for 12.1 miles to 8420 N HWY-7. The work center will be on the right. Scope of Work (summarized): The scope of this project is to improve functionality of the breakroom and create a bathroom in the work center.

The upgrades include the repair, replacement, or demolition of existing interior walls, erect new interior walls, install lift station, and completing associated electrical, plumbing and painting. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, and equipment necessary for the proper execution of the work in accordance with local, state, and national codes and complete the project in an acceptable manner, ready for use, occupancy, or operation by the owner. Contract: This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) which will result in award of a firm/fixed price contract. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsive/responsible offeror.
