Original Set Aside: The project is set-aside 100% for small businesses per FAR 19.5.

NAICS Code: 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction (size standard $45m).

PSC: Z2KA - Repair Or Alteration Of Dams.

Magnitude: In accordance with FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this project is:

(c) Between $100,000 and $250,000.

Location: See Attachment 005 Map. Choctaw Lake Road, 33.27133, -89.13944 Scope of Work (summarized): This project will repair a washout in the bank along the right side of Choctaw Lake Dam’s concrete spillway that resulted from heavy operating flow from an 8 inch plus storm event. Repairs will also be made to the PVC siphon system pipes on the spillway crest section, the gabion mattress at the exit invert of the spillway, and more heavier gradation rock riprap will be placed below the gabions.

Award of Contract: One award will be made from this Invitation for Bid (IFB), contractors must submit pricing for all items. This IFB will be awarded using the lowest price, responsive/responsible evaluation method.
