Description - Gutter Cleaning and Repair for the Grey Tower National Historic Site, Milford PA. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12444326Q0048 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Grey Towers Gutter Cleaning and Repair.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561790 The small business size standard is $9.0 (Size standards in millions of dollars). This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. A pre-quote site visit is scheduled for 07/21/2026 at 9:00 AM EST at 122 Old Owego Turnpike, Milford, PA.

In order to facilitate site visit preparations, it is requested that the COR Elizabeth Hawke be contacted via email at elizabeth.hawke@usda.gov and advised of the number of persons who will attend. The Government assumes no responsibility for any expense incurred by an offeror prior to contract award.

Offerors are cautioned that, notwithstanding any remarks or clarifications given at the site visit all terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged unless they are changed by amendment to the solicitation. If the answers to site visit questions, or any solicitation amendment, create ambiguities, it is the responsibility of the offeror to seek clarification prior to submitting an offer.
