07/15/2026 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide a question and answer document and to provide a corrected statement of work. Description – This Contract is for the maintenance of and emergency service to the Clivus composting waste treatment and greywater systems at USFS, 71 White Mountain Drive, Campton, NH. Base year and 4 option years.

Quotations are being requested and separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12444326Q0034 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for White Mountain Composting Toilet Service. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
