This Request for Quote (RFQ) is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards and has six attachments: (01) WD-TX, (02) SOW, (03) Maps (04) Schedule of Items (05) Exhibit A and (06) Exhibit B. Refer to this solicitation and all its attachments for wage rates, specifications, details and locations for this requirement. Alternatively, this RFQ includes sufficient details on the scope of work that will enable a competitive offer to be made without a site visit. To quote send offers to sean.metzger@usda.gov by the due date and time. Late and incomplete offers will not be considered. Both the DCS and WC sites are approximately 4 Acres each.
