Compact UTV - Francis Marion Seed Orchard

The Francis Marion Seed Orchard has a requirement for a compact 4x4 UTV with winch for orchard maintenance in varied terrain, including, wet and swampy areas. The Honda Pioneer 520 and Kawasaki Mule SX™ 4x4 are examples of the type of products that may meet this requirement. See attached for minimum requirements. Delivery requested as soon as possible. Please include estimated ARO on quote. Delivery must be coordinated in advance to ensure adequate personnel and equipment are available to receive equipment at the off-site location.

The Government will award a firm fixed price purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to this RFQ provides best value to the Government. Engine Size is equal when compared to price.
