Equipment Rental BPA Call- Mower Rental

Title: Notice of Intent to Award a BPA Call Order against BPA 12444124F0098 to provide EQUIPMENT RENTAL for USDA Forest Service, Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests and the Savannah River Site in South Carolina, National Forests in North Carolina, National Forests in Florida, Cherokee National Forest in Tennessee, and Southern Research Stations in NC, SC, FL, and TN.

Description: The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS), Field Procurement Operations East Zone, Supply & Services CSA #3 is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA’s policy in the Contracting Desk Book, SUBPART 413.3—SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION METHODS, 413.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The USDA FS intends on awarding a BPA Call Order against BPA for Equipment Rental awarded against solicitation number: 12467020R0002. This is not a solicitation.

This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to the approved company eligible for call orders under the Equipment Rental. The scope of the BPA is USDA-wide and therefore available to agencies and offices throughout USDA.

The U.S. Forest Service (USFS) is the lead agency in awarding and administering the BPAs; however, any USDA Contracting Officer (CO) may issue orders against the BPAs. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those company listed on the BPA. This requirement will be awarded as a BPA Call Order against the BPA previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.
