This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12444026Q0038 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial services for the Stearns Ranger District Office for 2026 with additional option years from 2027-2030. There is no formal site showing scheduled for this project.

52.232-18 Availability of Funds -Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 The small business size standard is $22 This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
