This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number for this requirement 12443924Q0008. This procurement is issued for 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

The associated NAICS code is 562991. The small business size standard is $9 million. The estimated date for starting work will be on or after April 1, 2024. All quotations shall be submitted electronically no later March 27, 2024 at 5:00 pm, Eastern Time, to the Contract Specialist: Chandria.Fulghum@usda.gov.
