Size Standard: $25 Million.

MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT: Between $100,000 and $250,000.

LOCATION: Blackwell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center 4155 County Highway H Laona, WI 54541 SITE VISIT: Contractors are advised to inspect the facility and site prior to submitting an offer. Due to inclement weather, a second site visit will be held on 3 February 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). All questions pertaining this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit are due no later than 5 February 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Submit all questions to Cesia Gil at cesia.gil@usda.gov. Quotes are due no later than 23 February 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and must be submitted via email to cesia.gil@usda.gov.

NOTE: Offeror must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) at the time quotes are due. Any offeror that is not active in SAM at the time of submission will be rejected and will not be considered for award.
