ARS Concrete Slab and Carport Assembly

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1240LU26Q0129 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a concrete slab to be poured and Government furnished carport to be assembled and fastened to the carport.

Site Visit: Site visits are strongly encouraged and may be scheduled the week of September 14th during the hours of 9 AM and 2 PM (local time) by contacting Melissa Johnson or Dustin Galipir. Contact information is included on page 2 of the Statement of Work document.

North American Industry Classification (NAICS): 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, Size Standard is $19.0 M.

Set Aside: 100% small business set-aside.

Project Magnitude – $100,000 to $250,000

Bid Bond/Offer Guarantee (FAR 52.228-1): 20% required if quote/offer in excess of $150,000

Performance & Payment Bonds (FAR 52.228-15): Both required at 100% of original contract price if value in excess of $150,000, due 10 days after award. Only payment protections required for contracts exceeding $35,000 but not exceeding $150,000, irrevocable letter of credit or payment bond allowed per FAR 52.228-13, due within 10 days of contract award.

• Narrative document demonstrating recent and relevant experience and past performance in respect to the size and scope of this particular project.
• Bid guarantee if applicable per information above.
• Acknowledge Amendments (per the instructions in Block 11 on the SF-30) if applicable.
