ALL DOCUMENTS ARE LOCATED IN ATTACHMENTS/LINKS Project Title: Shadow Mountain Building 97 Heat Cable and Snow Retention, Grand Lake, CO Description: The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials,equipment, and oversight required to install heat tape and cabling systems on the roof, gutters, and downspouts of Building 97's North and South sections. This scope includes reconditioning the electrical system to provide dedicated power to both sides of the building, ensuring full functionality of the new heating systems. Additionally, the Contractor will install new snow retention guards on both the North and South elevations. A site visit will not be held.
