Posted a SF30 labeled “A11 SF30 1240LT26Q0019-0001 Critical Housing Idaho City Work Center”. The SF30 must be acknowledged and submitted with your quote. Posted questions and answers labeled “A11 Idaho City QA 03_26_2026.” Posted site visit attendance sheet labeled “A11 Attendance Sheet - Idaho City.”

March 2,2026: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation # 1240LT26Q0019 Critical Housing Maintenance, Idaho City Work Center, includes remodeling 3 bunkhouses, 4 single family homes, a garage, and a storage shed in the Cascade Ranger District of the Boise National Forest. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement that will result in a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order. Quoters will be required to submit both their Quote (proposed Price) and a Technical Proposal in response to this solicitation.

Site Visit: Is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. See Attachment 6 for further information on this event.

Quoter/Offeror Questions: All questions pertaining to this solicitation and its attachments must be emailed to PPS.Proposals@usda.gov no later than 7 April 2026. Quote Due Date and Time: 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 14 April 2026. All quotes and technical proposals must be emailed to PPS.Proposals@usda.gov by the established deadline date and time.

Estimated Magnitude of Construction Cost:

Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 Proposed Start Date: 10 working days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.

Required Completion Date:

15 October 2027 Bonding Requirements: Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for this construction project.
