Project Title: South Fork Bunkhouse Well The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete this project.

Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

Magnitude: (b) Between $25,000 and $100,000.

Location: South Fork, Colorado 81154 37°38'15.4"N 106°39'36.7"W 37.637611, -106.660194 Period of Performance: The work is anticipated to commence 60 days after receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP) sometime in late 2024 or early to mid- 2025. The work is expected to be completed within 60 days after the work is started (Subject to change).

Site Visit: Bidders are encouraged to conduct a site visit prior to bidding to verify quantities and conditions. Quantities provided in the Statement of Work are estimates and contractor shall be responsible for full scope of work regardless of actual quantities. Area is accessible without prior coordination.
