PROJECT NAME:

SOUTH SAGUACHE CREEK AOP CONSTRUCTION PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing culvert structure and Installation of government provided, 21' - 7" span 4' - 11" rise aluminum structural plate box culvert following design plans provided.

PROJECT LOCATION: This project is located in Saguache County, Colorado. See Attachment J.4 Final Design Plans (10 Pages) for exact project location.
