GMUG Ouray RD Vault Toilet Pumping

AMENDMENT 0002 (Attachment 6) Updated Statement of Work (Attachment 7) and Updated Schedule of Items (Attachment 8) to reduce locations and pumping frequency. Please return an updated schedule of items, experience questionnaire, signed amendment 2 and a technical proposal to rebecca.l.schowalter@usda.gov before 2:00 p.m. August 31, 2026. AMENDMENT 0001 to clarify the quoted price includes the dumping fee.

As stated in the SOW: The Contractor shall be properly licensed and shall be responsible for making disposal arrangements, including disposal of all effluent, debris, and trash, and payment of all fees. Complete the updated Schedule of Items and return with the signed SF 30. Regular and as-needed vault toilet pumping at multiple locations on the Ouray Ranger District within the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre, and Gunnison (GMUG) National Forests.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LP26Q0070 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Vault Toilet Pumping. This acquisition is a small business set-aside.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562991. The small business size standard is $9 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Statement of Requirement The Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre, and Gunnison (GMUG) National Forest is requesting vault toilet pumping at multiple locations on the Ouray Ranger District within Ouray County.

The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, supervision, permits, transportation, equipment, and insurance. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these services are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation.
