AMENDMENT 1 - SF30 document has been added to the Attachments section along with a Saguache Office Floor Plan and layout. The purpose of the amendment is to post the floor plan, extend the due date, and add a site visit. The site visit will take place on Monday, March 23, 2026 starting at 9:30 a.m. Mountain Time. Review the SF30 for more details - location, phone number, and person to contact. Offerors are requested to sign/date the SF30 and submit it with your quote package as an acknowledgement to the amendment.

Thank you. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LP26Q0033 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services at Saguache Ranger District on the Rio Grande National Forest in Colorado. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720. The small business size standard is $22 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
