Nederland Garage Door Replacement

The Boulder Ranger District needs servicing, repairing and replacing of various parts of their commercial garage doors. This work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- Full commercial garage door hardware overhaul to restore function, safety, and longevity. o Servicing all barrels and hoods, replacing springs and other associated hardware, and completing a full system test ensuring 100% functionality of all six garage doors. o Existing garage doors are to remain. - Removal and replacement of five industrial duty hoist operators. - Installation of five commercial grade infrared safety sensor systems.
