Fort Pierre, SD Janitorial Services

The purpose of this solicitation is for janitorial services at the Fort Pierre Ranger District office, located at 1020. N. Deadwood Street in Fort Pierre, South Dakota. Services shall be provided 1 days per week & biannual cleanings are to be done in May and September, both are to be done outside of business hours which are Monday through Friday after 5:00 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m. Central Time of scheduled days. No work will be performed on federal holidays without prior approval of the Contracting Officer (CO).

The facility is approximately 2,900 square feet, of which 800 square feet is tiled surfaces and the remaining is carpeted surfaces. The contract performance will begin May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025, and will include four additional years. Before work is to begin, There is no scheduled site visit for this solicitation.
