THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time. This is a competitive request under a previously issued Road Construction & Maintenance Blanket Purchase Agreement. Emergency road repairs includes cleaning culverts, replacing & installing new culverts, ditching, excavation, borrow & aggregate placement & compaction, construction of a drivable ford & cleaning road landslide material.
Rock for road may be available at potential material sources specified in Section H and FSSS, but there is no guarantee of sufficient quantity. Contractor is responsible for rock whether it is developed on island, from Forest Service existing pits, or imported.
