As published on SAM.gov.
THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. The scope is to remove the temporary Flume Creek Bridge including all of its components and ecology block abutments from its current location, milepost 0.03 on the 6200351 Forest Service road, and transport it to the Thomas Mountain pit, located off of the 7005530 Forest Service road, for storage. Once the bridge has been removed, both approach fills, and stream banks will be re-contoured to natural ground levels.
The road prism will be de-compacted for 100 feet from center of bridge in both directions. All disturbed areas will be seeded with government supplied grass seed. All in-stream work related to this project is restricted between August 1st, 2024 and August 31st, 2024. Existing bridge location is Newport-Sullivan Lake Ranger District, Pend Oreille County, WA.
