OFSL Intrusion Detection System Replacement

Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate Attachment 04 - OFSL Asbestos Abatement Report, reschedule the site visit and extend the responses due date. It was noted that the Olympia Forestry Sciences Laboratory (OFSL) asbestos Abatement Report was inadvertently omitted from this requirement. This amendment incorporates that document as Attachment 04 - OFSL Asbestos Abatement Report. As a result of that omission, the site visit date has been changed from September 4, 2025 at 1000 PT to September 11, 2025 at 1000 PT. Additionally, the responses due date has been extended from Septmeber 11, 2025 at 1500 PT to September 18, 2025 at 1500 PT.

Participants must RSVP to LEROY TURNER via email at LEROY.TURNER@usda.gov no later than SEPTMEBER 10, 2025 at 1500 PT The United States Forest Service, Pacific Northwest Research Station (PNW) Olympia Forestry Sciences Laboratory (OFSL) is currently seeking quotes to replace the Instrusion Detection System at the Olympia Forestry Sciences Laboratory (OFSL) located in Olympia, WA.

The work is to be performed in accordance with Attachment 01 – Statement of Work. Attached are the following documents: 1. Solicitation 1240BG24Q0056 2. Attachment 01 – Statement of Work 3. Attachment 02 – Alarm Drawings 4. Attachment 03 – Wage Determination 5. Attachment 04 - OFSL Asbestos Abatement Report Quotes are due no later than September 18, 2025 at 3:00pm Pacific Time. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than September 15, 2025 at 1:00pm Pacific Time to the Government point of contact listed in this posting.
