Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for KMRD All-Terrain Vehicle Purchase This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and/or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF25Q0016 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, effective 11 June 2025. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns.

Description of Requirement: This is a supply buy contract for the purchase of 2 brand new all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) for the Forest Service Ketchikan-Misty Ranger District (KMRD), Tongass National Forest (TNF), Alaska. Items must comply with the specifications in Attachment 1. Delivery Information: The contractor shall deliver the new ATVs using Free On Board (FOB) destination to the following address no later than 30 September 2025.
