SRD Fuel Dispenser Removal & Replacement

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF24Q0064 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide for the removal and replacement of a fuel dispenser on the Seward Ranger District (SRD), Chugach National Forest. The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective 22 May 2024. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

In accordance with FAR clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (which applies to this combined synopsis/solicitation), offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333914, Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 750 employees.

Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide and install a new dual product, dual hose, high flow electronic fuel dispensing unit. Removal and lawful disposition of the existing fuel dispenser is to be the responsibility of the contractor and considered integral to installation of the new dispenser. The Contractor shall provide services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1), and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at the Kenai Lake Work Center (33599 Ranger Station Spur, Seward, AK 99664) located 23 miles North of Seward, AK and approximately 100 miles south of Anchorage, AK.

Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be from Date of Award until 31 December 2024.
