Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - HRD Toilet Vault Pumping Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF24Q0047 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide toilet vault pumping services to the Hoonah Ranger District (HRD), Tongass National Forest (TNF).

The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective 22 May 2024. Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide pumping services to toilet vaults located along the Chichagof Island road system as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1).

Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at Chichagof Island, Alaska.

Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be for 1 Base Period of 12-months and 4 Option Periods of 12-months each.
