AMENDMENT 0002 - THIS AMENDMENT CANCELS THE SOLICITATION DUE TO A REQUIRED REVISION OF THE ACQUISITION PLAN. AMENDMENT 0001 - THIS AMENDMENT INCLUDES ALL QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. THERE WILL BE A SITE VISIT ON JULY 14, 2026 AT 10:00 AM. JASON ANDERSON WILL LEAD THE VISIT. ANY QUESTIONS THAT ARISE WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO ANDREA.POLLOCK@USDA.GOV. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED DURING THE SITE VISIT.

Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240BE26Q0083 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services at the Southern Research Station Headquarters (SRS HQ). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 The small business size standard is $22.0 mil This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Statement of Requirement The intention of this solicitation/resultant contract is to obtain janitorial services for the Southern Research Station, Headquarters Building located at 200 Weaver Boulevard, Asheville, North Carolina. The contract will be awarded for a Base Period and four (4) twelve-month Option Periods by means of a Fixed Price Performance Based Service Contract.

Period of Performance Base Year: 01 August 2026 through 31 July 2027 Option Year 1: 01 August 2027 through 31 July 2028 Option Year 2: 01 August 2028 through 31 July 2029 Option Year 3: 01 August 2029 through 31 July 2030 Option Year 4: 01 August 2030 through 31 July 2031 PRICING SHALL BE SUBMITTED ON THE SPREADSHEET ATTACHED.
